On Komoot, you'll find 2D and 3D maps, GPS tracks, navigation, and both pre-designed and customisable routes tailored to your preferences, ensuring a safe mountain experience. Everything is geolocated, even your child!

The trekking routes in La Thuile, on the wild side of Mont Blanc, offer hiking and trekking options for everyone. Each trail shares a common thread – the raw power and beauty of one of the world’s most iconic mountains and Alpine landscapes. These trails provide an instant reconnection with nature and the essence of the most authentic mountain experience.

If you love walking, you can easily reach higher altitudes with the summer chairlifts, allowing access to a variety of easy mountain trails. For those seeking a bit more challenge, hike to the Little St. Bernard area, where you can explore Lake Verney – one of the largest glacial lakes in the Aosta Valley – or visit the archaeological site at the Italy-France border. 

To make car-free travel easier, two shuttle services operate between the Little St. Bernard Pass, the village centre, La Joux and Colle San Carlo. This convenient option allows you to return to the village without having to retrace your steps.

Trekking in La Thuile for experts: challenging yet safe mountain adventures

For those looking to tackle more demanding routes, including the most challenging ones, you can rely on experienced local mountain guides.
