La Thuile
MTB school

The La Thuile Mountain Bike School was founded in 2011 in partnership with Funivie Piccolo San Bernardo. It employs mountain bike instructors accredited by the Italian Cycling Federation and the Autonomous Region of the Aosta Valley. The school gained recognition as a Cycling School in 2013 and offers a variety of activities including cross-country, enduro, downhill, road cycling and cycle touring.

Situated in the bike park practice park in the village near the start of the Bosco Express chairlift, the school  operates from June to September, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It offers a comprehensive selection of courses suitable for all levels. Lessons are mostly held on the numerous high-altitude trails in the La Thuile bike park, and at the school’s own park down in the valley.

The school’s facilities are equipped to accommodate both novice and experienced riders, who can refine their riding skills. The area features a dual slalom, Easy dirt and spectacular Pump track course.
